用微型锁定钛板内固定术治疗跖骨骨折对患者骨折愈合情况的影响

Effect of internal fixation of microlocking titanium plate for metatarsal fracture on fracture healing in patients

目的:探讨用微型锁定钛板内固定术治疗跖骨骨折对患者骨折愈合情况的影响。方法:将2016年2月至2020年2月期间佛山市高明区人民医院收治的58例跖骨骨折患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为参照组和观察组。对参照组患者进行克氏针内固定术。对观察组患者进行微型锁定钛板内固定术。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、术毕至骨折愈合的时间、术毕至能够正常行走的时间及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于参照组患者,其术毕至骨折愈合的时间及术毕至能够正常行走的时间均短于参照组患者,P<0.05。手术前,两组患者的VAS评分相比,P>0.05。手术后的第1个月及第3个月,观察组患者的VAS评分均低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用微型锁定钛板内固定术治疗跖骨骨折可减轻患者疼痛的程度,促进其骨折愈合。

Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation of microlocking titanium plate for metatarsal fracture on fracture healing.METHODS:A total of 58 patients with metatarsal fracture admitted to Gaoming District People’s Hospital of Foshan City from February 2016 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group on average.Patients in the control group were treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation.The observation group was treated with internal fixation of mini-locking titanium plate.Then,the clinical efficacy,the time from surgery to fracture healing,the time from surgery to normal walking,and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the time from operation to fracture healing and the time from operation to normal walking were shorter than that of the reference group,P<0.05.Before surgery,the VAS score of 2 groups was compared with P>0.05.At 1 and 3 months after operation,VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of metatarsal fracture with internal fixation of microlocking titanium plate can relieve pain and promote fracture healing.
