摘要
目的:分析用膳食多酚联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年10月期间在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院接受治疗的消化性溃疡患者80例作为研究对象。将其随机分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组(40例/组)。为常规治疗组患者采用奥美拉唑进行治疗,为联合治疗组患者采用膳食多酚联合奥美拉唑进行治疗。治疗4周后,对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况。结果:1)联合治疗组患者治疗的总有效率〔90%(36/40)〕高于常规治疗组患者治疗的总有效率〔85%(34/40)〕,P<0.05。2)联合治疗组患者不良反应的发生率〔7.5%(3/40)〕低于常规治疗组患者不良反应的发生率〔17.5%(7/40)〕,P<0.05。结论:用膳食多酚联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡可取得良好的临床疗效,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of dietary polyphenol combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer who were treated in Chongming Branch of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and combined treatment group(40 cases/group).Patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with omeprazole,and patients in the combined treatment group were treated with dietary polyphenols combined with omeprazole.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:1)the total effective rate of combined treatment group(90%(36/40))was higher than that of conventional treatment group(85%(34/40)),P<0.05.2)The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group(7.5%(3/40))was lower than that in the conventional treatment group(17.5%(7/40)),P<0.05.Conclusion:Dietary polyphenols combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer can achieve good clinical efficacy and high safety.
