联合护理对老年原发性高血压患者的护理效果

Nursing effect of combined nursing on elderly patients with essential hypertension

目的分析Triangle分层管理联合双心护理对老年原发性高血压患者心理状态、疾病认知能力及自我护理能力的影响。方法选择2019年12月—2020年12月本院收治的原发性高血压老年患者100例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例采用双心护理,观察组50例在对照组基础上采用Triangle分层管理。对两组心理状态、疾病认知水平及自我护理能力进行比较。结果护理后,两组SDS评分、SAS评分、患者疾病认知能力评分、自我概念、健康行为认知、自我情绪调节与自我护理能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将Triangle分层管理联合双心护理实施于原发性高血压老年患者中,可减轻不良心态,能提高其疾病认知水平和自我护理能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of Triangle hierarchical management combined with dual-heart nursing on the mental state,disease cognition and self-care ability of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods 100 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divide into two groups.50 cases in the control group used dual-heart nusing,and 50 cases in the observation group used Triangle hierarchical management combined with dual-heart nursing.The mental state,disease cognition and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,there were statistically significant difference be⁃tween the two groups in SDS scores,SAS scores,disease cognition scores,self-concept,health behavior cognition,selfemotion regulation and self-care abilities(P<0.05).Conclusion Triangle hierarchical management combined with dualheart care in elderly patients with essential hypertension can alleviate bad mentality and improve disease cognition and selfcare ability.
