头孢克肟与奥硝唑联合康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病临床对照研究

Effects of cefixime and ornidazole combined with Kangfuyan capsule and recurrence rate of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨头孢克肟与奥硝唑联合康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效及对复发率的影响。方法将125例盆腔炎性疾病患者按照随机数字表法分研究组(63例)与对照组(62例)。两组均给予头孢克肟与奥硝唑治疗,研究组在此基础上联合康妇炎胶囊治疗,观察14 d。比较两组临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组中医证候积分、血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白水平。随访6个月,比较两组复发率。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。治疗后两组血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。研究组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头孢克肟与奥硝唑联合康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病效果显著,能有效改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the effects of cefixime and ornidazole combined with Kangfuyan capsule on symptom improvement and recurrence rate of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods A total of 125 patients with PID were divided into the experimental group(n=63)and the control group(n=62)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with cefixime and ornidazole,and the study group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule on this basis.Observe for 14 days.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,compare the TCM syndrome scores,serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels before and after treatment.Follow up for 6 months and compare the recurrence rate between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the reduction in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of PCT and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of cefixime and ornidazole with Kangfuyan capsule is effective in treating pelvic inflammatory diseases,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,and reduce recurrence rate.
