摘要 小学教师全科化教学是面向国际小学教育现代化的必然趋势,也是解决我国农村教师队伍问题的必然选择。为了分析我国小学全科教师研究的现状和趋势,采用文献计量法和内容分析法,以2010~2019年CNKI收录的核心期刊文章为研究样本,通过对发文年度、作者及发文单位、高引用文章、关键词及研究主题等构成进行系统分析,提出要厘清内涵精准目标、加强本土性前瞻性研究及引领一线教师向纵深化精细化发展等建议,以期促进我国小学全科教师研究向更好的方向发展。 General Teaching for primary school teachers is an inevitable trend towards the modernization of international primary education,it is also the inevitable choice to solve the problem of rural teachers.In order to analyze the current situation and trend of the research on general practice teachers in primary schools in China,this paper uses bibliometrics and content analysis to study the core literature collected from 2010 to 2019,through a systematic analysis of the composition of the publishing year,authors and publishing units,highly quoted articles,key words and research topics,etc.,in order to promote the development of general teachers′research in primary schools in China,some suggestions are put forward,such as clarifying the connotation and accurate target,strengthening the local prospective research and leading the front-line teachers to deepen and refine the research.
