With the continuous development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to food safety,and the application frequency of food microbial testing technology is gradually increased,and the methods and techniques of testing are becoming more and more accurate.This paper introduces the main contents of food microbial testing,namely,the degree of food contamination and internal pathogenic bacteria.Explore the application of PCR technology,physiological and biochemical technology,immunological detection technology,mass spectrometry technology,spectrum technology in food microbial testing,and summarize the measures to improve the application effect.
