摘要
自由贸易试验区的建设是落实共建“一带一路”倡议的重大举措,这不仅推进了我国的经济发展与国际接轨,而且也为中国文化“走出去”创造了机遇和平台。特别是内陆边境自贸试验区的建设,为立足我国本土“自塑”国家文化形象提供了实践平台,也为邻国人民“他塑”中国国家文化形象增置了认知窗口。面对当前内陆边境自贸试验区建设中国家文化形象建构面临的困境,灵活运用中华优秀传统文化符号以及新时代中国发展的新符号为表征,突出以人民为中心的中国特色社会主义文化本质和中华文化开放包容的品质特征,用社会主义核心价值观的培育与传播彰显当代中华文化的自信,从而达到对中国国家文化形象的宏观建构。
The construction of pilot Free Trade Zones is a great measure regarding the imple⁃mentation of the Belt and Road Initiative,which not only promotes China's economic development connecting with the world,but also creates opportunities and platforms for Chinese culture to"goout".In particular,the construction of inland border pilot Free Trade Zones provides a practical platform for China's local-construct of national culture image,and as well opens a cognitive window for people in neighboring countries to foreign-construct of China's national culture image.In view of current difficulties faced by the inland border pilot Free Trade Zones concerning the construction of China's culture image,we should apply flexibly the symbols of China's excellent traditional cul⁃ture and the new symbols of China's development in the new era as token symbols,highlight the cultural essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics which emphasizes people as the center and the open and inclusive characteristics of Chinese culture,and cultivate and disseminate socialist core values to demonstrate the confidence of contemporary Chinese culture,so as to realize the mac⁃ro construction of China's national culture image.
