脑损伤早产儿远期神经发育的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of long-term neurological development in premature infants with brain injury

影响脑损伤早产儿远期神经发育的因素包括产前因素和产后因素。产前因素包括严重宫内窘迫、宫内感染、宫内生长受限等。产后因素包括住院期间相关治疗及护理、喂养方式、感染、体内铁平衡、睡眠状况、社会因素、基因因素等。因此,应尽量规避不良因素,做到早期干预、长期随访、父母参与,以期改善脑损伤早产儿预后。此外还应制订针对性的干预措施,以减少长期损害。

The factors affecting the long-term neurological development of preterm infants with brain injury include prenatal factors and postpartum factors.Prenatal factors include severe intrauterine distress,intrauterine infection,intrauterine growth restriction and so on.Postpartum factors include treatment and care during hospitalization,feeding style,infection,iron balance,sleep status,social factors,genetic factors and so forth.Therefore,adverse factors should be avoided as far as possible,and early intervention,long-term follow-up and parental involvement should be done so as to improve the prognosis of premature infants with brain injury.Besides,targeted interventions should be implemented to reduce long-term damage.
