高等职业院校心理育人机制构建

A Study on the Construction of the Psychological Education Mechanism in Vocational Colleges

从高等职业院校心理育人工作开展、学生心理素质发展、院校心理教育教学团队成长三方面分析高等职业院校心理育人机制建立的需求。通过心理育人教育教学管理体系、心理育人教育教学服务体系、心理育人实践活动体系、心理咨询与危机干预体系的构建,打造专兼结合的教师队伍。构建高等职业院校心理育人机制是落实心理育人国家要求、解决学生需求的根本途径。

This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of the psychological education mechanism in vocational colleges in the aspects of the implementation of the work of psychological education,the development of students psychological qualities and the growth of teaching teams of psychological education.Based on the construction of the teaching management system,the teaching service system,the practical activity system and the psychological consultation and crisis intervention system of psychological education,a teaching team composed of full-timers and part-timers can be established.Constructing the psychological education mechanism in vocational colleges is the fundamental way to implement the national requirements of psychological education and meet students needs.
