基于新高考改革的综合管理平台架构设计——以江苏省为例

On the Architecture Design of Integrated Management Platform Based on the New College Entrance Examination Reform:a Case Study of Jiangsu Province

新一轮考试招生制度改革是党中央、国务院直接领导和推动的重大改革。江苏省作为全国第三批高考改革试点省份,已于2019年正式启动新高考改革。高考改革是一项系统工程,改革的所有政策、举措均需通过信息系统支撑来落实。从平台建设需要解决的问题、政策和业务的变化与功能需求入手,设计一个适用于新高考综合管理平台建设的系统架构,提出相关技术要求,以期为高考改革的平稳推进提供重要保障。

The new round of examination and enrollment system reform is a major reform directly led and promoted by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.Jiangsu Province,as one of the third batch of provinces,has officially launched the new college entrance examination reform in 2019.The reform of college entrance examination is a systematic project.All policies and measures of college entrance examination reform need the support of information system.This paper starts with the problems,policy changes and functional requirements of the platform construction,constructs a system architecture suitable for the construction of the new college entrance examination comprehensive management platform,and puts forward technical requirements,in order to provide important guarantee for the steady development of the college entrance examination reform.
