模块化与开放性双重视角下的平台型组织价值创造机制研究——以浪潮和东软为例 被引量:12

Research on the Mechanism of Platform Organization Value Creation from the Perspective of Modularity and Openness:The Case of Inspur and Neusoft

摘要 数字经济时代,平台型组织作为一种充分利用数字化技术整合内外部开放性资源并实现规模经济的全新企业组织形态,其价值创造机制逐渐成为理论界和实践界的关注重点。基于模块化和开放性的双重视角,通过对2家平台型企业进行双案例对比分析,探讨了平台型组织如何通过模块化设计和开放性协调来实现价值创造。结果发现:第一,平台型组织在实现价值创造的过程中存在客户需求驱动和资源需求驱动2种驱动模式,不同的需求驱动呈现出不同的价值创造实现路径;第二,客户需求驱动下的模块设计具有新颖性特征,资源需求驱动下的模块设计具有效率性特征,模块架构通过内部不同主题的设计、不同模块间的交互融合与双向渗透,实现对价值的精准定位;第三,平台型组织模块化和开放性的交互,形成了信息价值、交易价值和转换价值3种不同类型的价值创造模式,完善了产品、服务、知识与客户之间的最佳匹配,进而提高平台组织运行效率。 In the era of digital economy,the development of ICT and IoT has brought opportunities to create new forms of organization.More and more researchers and practitioners pay attention to the new organization mode of platform.In the context of today’s open innovation and digital transformation,many of the fastest growing transformative large enterprises are laying out the platform model.Platform organizations can expand the boundaries of companies and industries,and provide the necessary digital infrastructure for the connection between different groups.However,the market competition in the platform field is fierce,and there is usually a phenomenon of"winner-takes-all".How to respond to the rapid changes through the operation platform to achieve value creation is an urgent key problem to be solved in the construction of enterprise platform.As a new form of enterprise organization,platform organization makes full use of digital technology to integrate internal and external open resources and realize scale economy.Its value creation mechanism has gradually become the focus of theoretical and practical circles.Based on the dual perspectives of modularity and openness,this paper selects the government affairs platform of Inspur Group and the Xikang platform of Neusoft group as the research objects,conducts a comparative case analysis,and identifies how to realize the process mechanism of value creation through the effective coordination of the modular design of the platform architecture and the platform openness.The article found:first,there are two driving modes of customer demand driven and resource demand driven in the process of realizing value creation in platform organization.Different demand driven shows different value creation realization paths;Second,the module design driven by customer demand has novelty features,while the module design driven by resource demand has efficiency characteristics.The module architecture realizes the precise positioning of value through the design of different internal themes,the interactive fusion and two-way penetration between different modules;third,the modular and open interaction of platform organization forms information value and transaction price value and transformation value are three different types of value creation modes,which can improve the best matching between products,services,knowledge and customers,and then improve the operation efficiency of platform organization.The research conclusion combines the two typical characteristics of modularity and openness of digital platform into a theoretical framework,opens the black box of value creation process of platform organization from the perspective of modular architecture and open dynamic configuration,and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of platform organization.Platform enterprises can set different degrees of platform openness according to the characteristics of different modules,and enhance the service ability of components with the help of the openness of the platform,so that the platform can be used and adjusted by more partners and users,and complete the connection from business end to user end.
