摘要
通过运用跨时点的问卷收集方式对306位创业者进行了调查,以探索创业拼凑对节俭式创新的作用机制,并分析了双元创业学习的中介作用和创业努力的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)创业拼凑对探索式创业学习、利用式创业学习和节俭式创新均具有显著的正向影响;(2)探索式创业学习、利用式创业学习分别在创业拼凑与节俭式创新之间起中介作用;(3)当创业学习强度一致时,创业者的节俭式创新在"高探索—高利用"的情况下比"低探索—低利用"的情况更高;当创业学习强度不一致时,创业者的节俭式创新在"低探索—高利用"的情况比"高探索—低利用"的情况更高;探索式创业学习与利用式创业学习越一致,创业者的节俭式创新越高;(4)创业努力正向调节创业拼凑与利用式创业学习之间的关系,而在创业拼凑与探索式创业学习之间不显著。
As the number of entrepreneurs increases and competition within the same market increases,new venture need to use as few resources as possible to create as many innovative products as possible in as short a time as possible.This poses new challenges to entrepreneurs’resource allocation methods and innovative models.Therefore,frugal innovation has attracted the attention of many scholars and entrepreneurs.Based on the conservation of resource theory,this paper explores the mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage effect on frugal innovation and analyzes the mediating effect of ambidextrous entrepreneurship learning and the moderating effect of entrepreneurial efforts.Data of 306 entrepreneurs were collected at 2 time points of the study component,and the hypotheses were validated by confirmatory factor analysis,bootstrap mediation test,polynomial regression and response surface methods.The research results show that(1)entrepreneurial bricolage has significant positive effects on exploratory entrepreneurial learning,exploitative entrepreneurial learning and frugal innovation;(2)exploratory entrepreneurial learning and exploitative entrepreneurial learning play a mediator role between entrepreneurial bricolage and frugal innovation respectively;(3)when entrepreneurial learning is congruence,frugal innovation of entrepreneurs is higher in the case of"high exploration-high exploitation"than in the case of"low exploration-low exploitation";When entrepreneurial learning is incongruence,the frugal innovation of entrepreneurs is higher in the case of"low exploration-high exploitation"than in the case of"high exploration-low exploitation";the more congruence the exploratory entrepreneurial learning and the exploitative entrepreneurial learning are,the higher the frugal innovation of the entrepreneurs are.(4)entrepreneurial efforts positively moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and exploitative entrepreneurial learning,while there is no significant difference between entrepreneurial bricolage and exploratory entrepreneurial learning.This paper also has some theoretical contributions.Firstly,in the context of localization in China,this paper makes an empirical analysis of frugal innovation of new enterprises,which not only responds to the call of scholars to explore its mechanism,but also expands relevant research fields of frugal innovation.In addition,it also helps to provide theoretical references for entrepreneurs’innovative activities.Secondly,this paper finds that entrepreneurial bricolage can promote frugal innovation,which not only provides a new perspective to promote frugal innovation,but also complements the research on the consequences of entrepreneurial bricolage variable.Thirdly,the paper discusses the differential effect of ambidextrous entrepreneurship learning and the matching condition,and reveals which entrepreneurial learning combination has the best effect on the enhancement of frugal innovation,which provides a useful supplement and extension for the relationship between ambidextrous entrepreneurship learning and frugal innovation.Finally,by exploring the moderating effect of entrepreneurial efforts on entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial learning,this paper not only enriches the boundary conditions between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial learning,but also expands the relevant research fields of entrepreneurial efforts.
