奥美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的效果

Effect of Omeprazole combined with Cisapride in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

目的浅析反流性食管炎应用奥美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗的临床疗效。方法研究对象从我院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的反流性食管炎患者中筛选,共计1000例,借助奇偶数列法分成参照组(奇数列)和研究组(偶数列),参照组单独使用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组使用奥美拉唑+西沙比利治疗。对比两组疗效比。结果研究组临床总有效率(97.40%)高于参照组(86.20%)(P<0.05)。研究组(1.80%)与参照组(3.20%)用药不良反应率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论反流性食管炎应用奥美拉唑联合西沙比利治疗能取得理想的治疗效果,病症能更快改善。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with cisapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 1000 patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the reference group(odd column)and the study group(even column)by odd even column method.The reference group was treated with omeprazole alone,and the study group was treated with omeprazole combined with cisapride.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(97.40%)was higher than that of the reference group(86.20%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the adverse drug reaction rate between the study group(1.80%)and the reference group(3.20%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of reflux esophagitis with omeprazole combined with cisapride can achieve an ideal therapeutic effect,and the symptoms can be improved more quickly.
