手术治疗旋后外旋Ⅳ度踝关节骨折的临床疗效

Clinical Observation of Surgical Treatment of Supination and External RotationⅣDegree Ankle Fracture

目的关于手术方案对旋后外旋Ⅳ度踝关节骨折治疗的效果分析。方法将我院收治的旋后外旋Ⅳ度踝关节骨折患者选择手术治疗的24例患者作为观察组,另选择同时期收治的旋后外旋Ⅳ度踝关节骨折患者选择保守治疗的24例作为对照组,比较两种不同方案的效果。结果治疗后观察组AFOAS评分为(92.15±4.44)分,高于对照组的(80.25±10.56)分,P<0.05;观察组治疗优良率为95.83%,高于对照组的45.83%,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的33.33%,P<0.05。结论选择手术方案对旋后外旋Ⅳ度踝关节骨折治疗可发挥理想的作用,在提升骨折恢复优良率的同时也能改善踝关节功能,减少并发症对患者机体产生的损伤。

Objective To analyze the effect of surgical plan on the treatment of supination and external rotation IV degree ankle fracture.Methods Twenty-four patients with ankle fractures of degree supination and external rotation who were treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 24 patients with ankle fractures of degree supination and external rotation who were treated in the same period were selected as the control group.Compare the effects of two different programs.Results After treatment,the observation group’s AFOAS score was(92.15±4.44)points,which was higher than the control group’s(80.25±10.56)points,P<0.05;the observation group’s excellent treatment rate was 95.83%,which was higher than the control group’s 45.83%,P<0.05.The complication rate in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Choosing a surgical plan can play an ideal role in the treatment of ankle joint fractures with a degree of supination and external rotation.It can improve the rate of fracture recovery and at the same time improve ankle joint function and reduce the damage caused by complications to the patient’s body.
