躁狂症患者血清肌酸激酶水平与其预后的相关性

Correlation between Serum Creatine Kinase Levels and Prognosis in Mania Patients

目的探究躁狂症患者血清肌酸激酶水平与其预后的相关性。方法选取我院收治的47例躁狂症患者作为研究组,选取同期于我院行体检的43名健康者作为对照组。采集两组研究对象的空腹静脉血,测量两组研究对象血清肌酸激酶水平。给予研究组常规治疗,对比研究组治疗前、治疗后2、4、6周时血清肌酸激酶水平与对照组血清肌酸激酶水平。分析研究组治疗前、治疗后2、4、6周时贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分情况,并分析患者血清肌酸激酶水平与BRMS评分间相关性。结果研究组治疗前、治疗后2、4、6周时血清肌酸激酶水平均比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后2、4、6周时血清肌酸激酶水平比治疗前低(P<0.05)。治疗后2、4、6周时研究组患者BRMS评分比治疗前低(P<0.05)。经相关性分析,躁狂症患者血清肌酸激酶水平正相关患者BRMS评分,即血清肌酸激酶水平升高则BRMS评分也随之升高。结论相较于健康者,躁狂症患者血清肌酸激酶水平呈显著升高趋势,且血清肌酸激酶水平与BRMS评分呈正相关,表明血清肌酸激酶水平与预后有关。

Objectives To explore the correlation between serum creatine kinase levels and prognosis in mania patients.Methods Forty-seven patients with mania admitted to our hospital were selected as the research group,and 43 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The fasting venous blood of the two groups of researchers was collected,and the serum creatine kinase levels of the two groups of researchers were measured.The study group was given conventional treatment,and the serum creatine kinase level of the study group before treatment,2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment was compared with that of the control group.The Baker Rafansen Mania Scale(BRMS)scores of the study group before treatment,2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment were analyzed,and the correlation between the serum creatine kinase level and the BRMS score of the patients was analyzed.Results Serum creatine kinase levels in the study group before treatment,at 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum creatine kinase level in the study group at 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).At 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment,the BRMS score of the study group was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After correlation analysis,the serum creatine kinase level of patients with mania is positively correlated with the BRMS score of patients,that is,the increase of serum creatine kinase level will increase the BRMS score.Conclusion Compared with healthy people,serum creatine kinase was significantly increased in mania patients,and serum creatine kinase levels were positively correlated with BRMS scores,indicating that serum creatine kinase levels were associated with prognosis.
