摘要
目的分析舒芬太尼联合盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉应用在自然分娩中的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年4月到我院拟行自然分娩的51例产妇作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院拟行自然分娩的51例产妇作为对照组。观察组产妇均选择采用舒芬太尼联合盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉进行干预,而对照组则通过阴道常规分娩处置方案进行干预,对两组干预后的疼痛评分、新生儿窒息率、产妇难产率、3个产程时间以及产后出血量进行评价与比较。结果观察组干预后疼痛评分、新生儿窒息率、产妇难产发生率、3个产程时间和产后出血量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行自然分娩的过程中通过使用舒芬太尼联合盐酸罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,可以有效降低产妇分娩的疼痛,降低新生儿的窒息率和产妇难产率,提高产妇的满意度,还能有效缩短3个产程的时间,减少产后出血量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride epidural anesthesia in natural delivery.Methods The 51 parturients who came to our hospital for natural childbirth from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 51 parturients who came to our hospital for natural childbirth during the same period were selected as the control group.The observation group chose to use sufentanil combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride epidural anesthesia for intervention,while the control group used vaginal routine delivery treatment plan to intervene,and the pain score,neonatal asphyxia rate,the maternal dystocia rate,the time of 3 labor and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were evaluated and compared.Results The pain score,neonatal asphyxia rate,maternal dystocia incidence,3 labor periods and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group after intervention were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the process of natural delivery,sufentanil combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride epidural anesthesia can effectively reduce the pain of maternal delivery,reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia and maternal dystocia,and improve maternal satisfaction.It can effectively shorten the time of 3 labor and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
