髓内固定术治疗老年下肢骨折患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Intramedullary Fixation in the Treatment of Senile Lower Limb Fractures

目的探究髓内固定术治疗老年下肢骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年7月本院收治的94例老年下肢骨折患者,按照计算机系统随机分为两组,每组47例,对照组实施锁定加压钢板治疗,观察组实施髓内固定术治疗,比较两组术中出血量、住院时间、生活质量与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理情绪、社交能力、活动能力、自理能力、总体评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年下肢骨折患者接受髓内固定术治疗的临床价值显著,可显著减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间,提升患者的生活质量,手术安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of intramedullary fixation on elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods From April 2018 to July 2020,94 elderly patients with lower limb fractures were randomly divided into two groups according to computer system,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking compression plate and the observation group was treated with intramedullary fixation.The intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological emotion,social ability,activity ability,self-care ability and overall score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of intramedullary fixation in elderly patients with lower limb fractures is significant,which can significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the hospital stay,improve the quality of life of patients,and have higher surgical safety.
