热毒宁注射液联合阿昔洛韦注射液治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎患者的效果

Efficacy of Reduning Injection Combined with Acyclovir Injection in the Treatment of Single Herpesvirus Keratitis

目的应用热毒宁注射液联合阿昔洛韦注射液治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎患者的临床效果及价值。方法选取2018年11月至2020年9月医院收治的68例单疱病毒性角膜炎患者作为观察对象,采用随机抽取法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组34例。对照组选用单纯阿昔洛韦注射液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合热毒宁注射液进行治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的血清炎性因子水平以及临床疗效。结果试验组患者治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)以及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组,且治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疱病毒性角膜炎患者治疗过程中应用热毒宁注射液联合阿昔洛韦注射液不仅能够减轻其血清炎性反应、缓解患者眼部炎症,而且有助于提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and value of reduning injection combined with acyclovir injection in the treatment of single herpesvirus keratitis.Methods From November 2018 to September 2020,a total of 68 cases of single blister keratitis were selected as the observation subjects,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random extraction,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir injection alone,the experimental group was treated with reduning injection on the basis of the control group.The serum inflammatory factor level and clinical effect were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Results The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,there were significant differences in data between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduning injection combined with acyclovir injection can not only alleviate the inflammatory reaction in serum,but also alleviate the ocular inflammation in patients with monphigovir keratitis,and help improve the effectiveness of treatment.
