丹栀逍遥散加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder on Chronic Hepatitis B

目的分析慢性乙型肝炎疾病特点,并评价丹栀逍遥散加减治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2020年3~10月收治的慢性乙型肝炎疾病患者,共计80例。按照随机法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组采取恩替卡韦片+甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组配合丹栀逍遥散加减治疗。比较经不同方案治疗后,两组慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗前后的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)肝功能指标变化以及临床疗效、乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸转阴率。结果临床疗效与乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸转阴率方面分析,治疗后观察组慢性乙型肝炎患者的总有效率(95.00%)、转阴率(60.00%)均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后肝功能指标水平方面,观察组慢性乙型肝炎患者的ALT[(86.60±8.50)U/L]、TBIL[(13.20±2.50)μmol/L]均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辅助丹栀逍遥散加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎预后效果理想,能促进患者肝功能改善。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of chronic hepatitis B disease and to evaluate the clinical effect of danzhi xiaoyao powder.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B disease admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to October 2020 were selected.According to the random method,they were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with entecavir tablets+diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsules,and the observation group was treated with danzhi xiaoyao powder.To compare the changes in liver function indexes of alanine aminotrans ferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the two groups of chronic hepatitis B patients after treatment with different regimens,as well as clinical efficacy,and hepatitis B virus deoxygenation ribonucleic acid conversion rate.Results The clinical efficacy and the negative rate of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid were analyzed.After treatment,The total effective rate(95.00%)and the negative conversion rate(60.00%)of patients with chronic hepatitis B in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of liver function index levels after treatment,the patients with chronic hepatitis B in the observation group ALT[(86.60±8.50)U/L]and TBIL[(13.20±2.50)μmol/L]were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant danzhi xiaoyao powder has an ideal prognostic effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and promotes the improvement of patients’liver function.
