急性心肌梗死护理模式与并发症发生影响

Study on The Influence of Nursing Mode and Complications of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探究分析急性心肌梗死护理模式与并发症发生情况。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的急性心肌梗死患者100例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率及心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死患者临床中采用预见性护理措施,降低了患者并发症发生率,提高了患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing mode and complications of acute myocardial infarction.Methods One hundred patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected for study.They were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given predictive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications and psychological status scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing measures can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with acute myocardial infarction,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
