综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病致胎儿宫内窘迫的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Fetal Distress Caused by Gestational Ddiabetes Mellitus

目的观察并探究对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)致胎儿宫内窘迫的产妇应用综合护理干预后的效果。方法选取我院收治的GDM致胎儿宫内窘迫产妇82例为此次研究对象,均于2017年3月至2019年4月入院治疗,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=41)、观察组(n=41),分别应用常规护理、综合护理干预。统计两组产妇的护理效果,并进行对比与评价。结果护理前,两组孕妇的FPG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、胎动次数、胎心率、24 h尿雌三醇比较无差异(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组孕妇的FPG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、胎动次数、胎心率、24 h尿雌三醇均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对GDM导致胎儿宫内窘迫产妇展开综合护理干预,可将其血糖水平控制在合理范围内,进一步改善胎盘及胎心功能。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with fetal distress caused by gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 82 women with fetal distress caused by GDM in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were all admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to April 2019,and they were divided into control groups(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to the random number table method,routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were applied respectively.The nursing effect of the two groups of parturients was counted and compared and evaluated.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in FPG,2 hPBG,HbA1c,fetal movements,fetal heart rate,and 24 h urinary estriol between the two groups of pregnant women(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group’s FPG,2 hPBG,HbA1c,fetal movements,fetal heart rate,and 24-h urinary estriol were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with fetal distress caused by GDM,their blood sugar levels can be controlled within a reasonable range,and further improve the function of placenta and fetal heart.
