康复护理路径对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能康复的影响

Influence of Rehabilitation Nursing Path on Cardiac Function Rehabilitation of Chronic Heart Failure Patients

目的探究康复护理路径对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能康复的影响。方法在2018年1月至2019年1月,选取94例慢性心力衰竭患者分为两组,47例给予常规护理者作为对照组,47例给予康复护理路径者作为试验组,对比两组护理效果。结果护理前两组患者6MWT、LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD指标无明显差异,P>0.05;护理后试验组6MWT、LVEF较对照组高,LVEDD、LVESD较对照组低,数据差异显著,P<0.05。试验组护理满意率为95.74%,显著高于对照组的78.72%(P<0.05)。试验组护理总有效率为93.62%,明显优于对照组的76.60%(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心力衰竭患者中开展康复护理路径,能够显著改善患者心功能状态,促使患者尽早康复,显著提高护理满意率,护理效果显著,在临床上的应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing path on cardiac function rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods During the period from January 2018 to 2019 January,94 cases of chronic heart failure patients were selected and divided into two groups.47 cases of patients receiving routine nursing were taken as control group and 47 cases of patients receiving rehabilitation nursing path were taken as experimental group.To compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in 6 MWT,LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,6 MWT and LVEF in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.74%(please keep two valid figures),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.72%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.62%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(76.60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The path of rehabilitation nursing in patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,promote patients to recover as soon as possible,significantly improve the rate of nursing satisfaction,nursing effect is significant,which is of high clinical application value.
