个体化健康教育在急性胰腺炎护理干预中的应用价值

Application Value of Individual Health Education in Nursing Intervention of Acute Pancreatitis

目的研究并分析个体化健康教育在急性胰腺炎护理干预中的临床应用价值。方法选取本院收治的122例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,选取时间在2017年12月至2019年4月,按照数字表法将其随机分成两组,其中,对照组(61例)患者实施常规护理,试验组(61例)患者在常规护理的基础上,实施个体化健康教育。对两组患者的遵医行为、疾病知晓情况、生活方式、自我效能、健康信念,以及护理满意度进行比较分析。结果试验组在遵医行为、疾病知晓情况、生活方式、自我效能以及健康信念等方面,均要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,试验组的护理满意度是96.72%,远比对照组的81.97%要高(P<0.05)。结论对急性胰腺炎患者来说,实施个体化健康教育比实施常规护理,既能有效改善患者的遵医行为、生活方式、自我效能和健康信念,提高患者对疾病的知晓度,又能提升患者的护理满意度,改善护患之间的配合度,有利于疾病的康复。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of individual health education in nursing intervention of acute pancreatitis.Methods Our hospital treated 122 cases of acute pancreatitis patients as the research object,the number of cases to select time in December 2017 to April 2019,according to the method of digital meter will be randomly divided into two groups.The control group(61 cases)patients were given routine nursing,and 61 patients in the experimental group were given individualized health education on the basis of routine nursing.According to the medical behavior of two groups of patients,disease condition,life style,self-efficacy,health belief,comparative analysis and nursing satisfaction.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in compliance behavior,disease awareness,life style,self-efficacy and health beliefs(P<0.05).On the other hand,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.72%,far higher than of the control group(81.97%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute pancreatitis,the implementation of individualized health education than conventional nursing,can effectively improve the patients according to the medical behavior,life style,self-efficacy and health beliefs,popularity,and improve patients to disease and can improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction,improve cooperation degree between nurses and patients,is conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease.
