家长参与式护理模式在高危新生儿护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Parental Participatory Nursing Mode in High-risk Neonatal Care

目的评价家长参与式护理模式应用于高危新生儿护理中的临床效果。方法将2018年2月至2019年7月在我院分娩的72例高危新生儿随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例),两组新生儿均进行常规的救治,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上配合家长参与式护理,比较不同护理的效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),高于对照组的72.22%(26/36),P<0.05;观察组出院后家庭抚育问题发生率、母亲紧张度评分低于对照组,母亲角色适应性评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对高危新生儿在常规抢救基础上应用家长参与式护理模式可降低出院以后家长呵护的问题发生率,同时能够促进母亲角色的适应,缓解其紧张程度,效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of parental participatory nursing mode in high-risk neonatal care.Method The 72 high-risk newborns who were delivered in our hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(36 cases)and a control group(36 cases).Both groups of newborns received routine treatment,and the control group received routine treatment.For conventional nursing,the observation group cooperated with parental participation nursing on the basis of the control group to compare the effects of different nursing.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than 72.22%(26/36)in the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of family upbringing problems and maternal tension scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,The mother’s role adaptability score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of parental participatory care model on the basis of routine rescue for high-risk newborns is great significance to improve the rescue success rate of high-risk newborns.It can reduce the incidence of parental care problems after discharge from the hospital,and at the same time can promote the mother’s adaptation.Relieve its tension,the effect is remarkable.
