加速康复护理在肺癌手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application of Accelerated Rehabilitation Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Lung Cancer Patients

目的分析肺癌手术患者围手术期采用加速康复护理后的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月收治的70例肺癌手术患者为参考进行试验。将70例肺癌手术患者随机分配并均分为观察组(n=35,实行常规护理模式)和对照组(n=35,实行加速康复护理模式)。观察并对比两组患者在实行护理模式后的并发症情况、患者及患者家属满意程度和疼痛情况。结果观察组患者并发症发生率、患者及患者家属满意程度、疼痛程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用常规护理模式的肺癌手术患者表示护理效果一般,而采用加速康复护理模式的肺癌手术患者表示护理效果很好,有效地缓解了患者的疼痛,并且减少患者的住院时间、能使患者尽快恢复、减少并发症的出现。

Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing on lung cancer patients during perioperative period.Methods Seventy cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode.The complications,satisfaction and pain of patients and their families were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications,the satisfaction of patients and their families,and the degree of pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lung cancer surgery using conventional nursing mode show that the nursing effect is general,while patients with lung cancer surgery using accelerated rehabilitation nursing mode show that the nursing effect is very good,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,reduce the hospitalization time of patients,make patients recover as soon as possible and reduce the occurrence of complications.
