恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中人文关怀的实施分析

Analysis on the Implementation of Humanistic Care in the Nursing of Convalescent Schizophrenic Patients

目的分析人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法此次研究中从我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的恢复期精神分裂症患者中挑选86例。采用随机抛硬币的方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者提供常规护理方法,观察组则在人文关怀理念下提供护理服务。对比不同护理措施取得的效果。结果观察组患者治疗依从率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的74.42%(32/43)(P<0.05)。护理前两组阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分以及SCL-90评分、BPRS评分均无差异(P>0.05);护理后阳性症状、阴性症状、精神病理评分以及SCL-90评分、BPRS评分均降低,且观察组患者上述指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为恢复期精神分裂症患者提供人文关怀护理理念服务,可提高患者治疗依从性,改善患者阳性与阴性症状,有助于患者心理健康。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care in convalescent schizophrenia patients.Methods Egihty-six convalescent schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected in this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random coin tossing.There were 43 patients in both groups.The patients in the control group provided routine nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group provided nursing services under the concept of humanistic care.To compare the effects of different nursing measures.Results The treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 74.42%(32/43)in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences in the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathological scores,SCL-90 scores,and BPRS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathological scores,SCL-90 scores,and BPRS scores were all different And the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Following the concept of humanistic care and providing nursing services for convalescent patients with schizophrenia can improve their treatment compliance,improve their positive and negative symptoms,and contribute to their mental health.
