口腔护理干预在慢性牙周炎患者种植治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Oral Nursing Intervention in Implant Treatment of Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

目的探讨慢性牙周炎患者种植治疗期间采用口腔护理干预的效果。方法选取我院接诊的慢性牙周炎患者100例为研究对象,时间为2017年6月至2018年6月。根据随机抽签的方式将患者分为对照组(n=50,给予常规护理)和观察组(n=50,给予口腔护理干预)。比较两组患者临床护理满意度、口腔保健行为以及护理前后牙周指标。结果护理后,观察组护理满意度、使用牙线比例、刷牙>3 min比例、竖刷所占比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者种植治疗期间采用口腔护理干预,可明显改善患者的口腔保健行为及牙周指标,提高临床护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of oral nursing intervention during implant treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,from June 2017 to June 2018.Patients were divided into a control group(n=50,given routine care)and an observation group(n=50,given oral care intervention)according to the random drawing method.The clinical nursing satisfaction,oral health care behavior and periodontal indexes before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group’s nursing satisfaction,the proportion of dental floss,the proportion of tooth brushing>3 min,and the proportion of vertical brushing were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral nursing intervention during implant treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis can significantly improve the oral health care behavior and periodontal indicators of patients,and improve clinical nursing satisfaction.
