摘要
以37 kW两极屏蔽电机为例,给出了低噪声屏蔽电机的电磁设计参数,并对该电机的起动性能进行了仿真计算。将计算结果与路算法进行对比验证后,发现两者基本吻合。然后当对电机采用场-路耦合有限元法进行电磁力计算和对定子铁心进行模态分析时,确认定子铁心固有频率和电机运行频率及主要电磁力波频率三者没有重合点,即不存在共振的激励点,说明了该设计方案的正确性和可行性。
Taking a two-pole 37 k W shield motor as example,a set of electromagnetic design parameter of the low-noise shield motor is get while simulative calculation onto the start performance of the motor is conducted.The results are found much closed,after the calculation result being compared and verified with that by the path algorithm.Afterwards,when the field-circuit coupling finite element method is applied to perform the electromagnetic force calculation and model analysis onto the stator core,it is definite that there are no coincidence point of these three kinds of frequencies,core natural frequency,motor operating frequency and main electromagnetic wave frequency at all,ie.there is no resonant excited point.It proved the design program correctness and reliability.
