摘要
开发了30~60 MW空冷发电机用、屈服强度等级R_(p0.2)≥590 MPa的25CrNi1MoV转子锻件,计算了转子本体截面受力情况。对试制后的转子锻件轴头切向、本体切向、本体径向和中心孔轴向,进行了力学性能试验,对本体两端进行了化学成分测试。结果表明,各位置的化学成分和力学性能均能满足技术要求,且波动很小。
The 25CrNi1MoV steel forgings,yield strength grade of which is R_(p0.2)≥590,for 30~60 MW aircooled generator rotors is developed.Section force of the forged rotor body is calculated while mechanical properties test is performed on such portions of the trial-produced forged rotor body as tangential position of the shaft end,tangential position of the body,radial position of the body and axial position of the blind bore.Chemical composition test is carried on both ends of the rotor body either.The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties in different portions on the body meet with the technical requirement with very small fluctuation.
