摘要 汽轮发电机运行过程中,转子轴颈磨损拉伤的情况较为普遍,采用微弧冷焊技术可以实现对损伤部位的修复。针对25Cr2Ni4MoV材料转子,通过焊接工艺试验和试样性能检测,得到一种可靠的微弧冷焊工艺;并通过对焊缝无损检测标准和焊后尺寸恢复工艺的研究,形成了一套完善的轴颈损伤修复工艺方案。 The wear and tear of rotor journal is a common phenomenon during operation of the turbo-generator.Micro-arc cold welding technology is used to repair the damaged parts.For the rotor material of 25Cr2Ni4MoV,a reliable micro-arc cold welding process is obtained through welding process test and welding sample mechanical properties test,as well as the nondestructive testing standard of welding seam and the size recovery process after welding are studied,so as to form a complete rotor journal damage repair process plan.
