摘要
为了落实立德树人的根本任务,针对当前学校体育中学生的胜负观缺乏正确引导的现象,本文对胜负观的概念、内涵及影响因素进行了探讨,分析得出正确的胜负观应具有两层含义,分别为积极的竞争意识及正确的成败归因,进而借鉴加涅的教学设计模型(ADDIE模型),围绕体育竞赛与游戏两方面,从分析、设计、实施和评价四个方面提出培养学生正确胜负观的4点策略为:(1)充分挖掘体育活动中的竞争元素,营造充满竞争的课堂氛围;(2)设置体育竞赛与游戏,充分体验输与赢;(3)竞赛与游戏中加强学生胜负态度的教育,引导学生正确的归因;(4)检查评价,强化对胜负态度的反思与改进。
In order to implement the fundamental task of Lideshu people,this paper discusses the concept,connotation and influencing factors of the concept of winning and losing,aiming at the lack of correct guiding social phenomenon in the current school sports middle school students.Negative view should have two meanings,namely positive competitive consciousness and correct success or failure attribution,and then learn from Gagne's teaching design model(ADDIE model),from two aspects of sports competition and game,from analysis,design,implementation and evaluation.The four aspects proposed to cultivate students'correct concept of winning and losing are as follows:(1)fully exploit the competitive elements in sports activities to create a competitive classroom atmosphere;(2)set up sports competitions and games to fully experience the loss and win;(3)In the competition and game,the education of students'winning and losing attitudes is strengthened to guide students to correct attribution;(4)Checking and evaluating,and strengthening the reflection and improvement of the attitude of winning and losing.
