摘要
文章基于最新Euro NCAP侧面远端工况的要求,应用仿真的方法评估某车型的侧面柱撞远端工况表现,在目前配置基础上针对远端工况的几个主要影响因素进行分析,并匹配远端气囊。计算结果表明;安全带预拉紧点火,假人H点位置前移、中控台设计等参数优化对假人伤害一定改善,但假人头部偏移量仍然整体偏高,这就使得远端得分仍然较低;而通过合理匹配远端气囊可以有效减少头部位移量,降低假人伤害,提高远端得分。
Based on the requirements of the latest Euro NCAP Far-side impact, evaluated the Far-side performance of side pole of a certain car model through CAE method, and conducted analysis on the current basis, designed the Far-side airbag finally. The calculation results showed that: there were some improvement through optimize the seat belt pretension, dummy H point forward, center console etc. but the head excursion of dummy was still on a high level, it made the score of far-side was still low;but the head excursion and dummy injury decreased significantly after matching the Far-side air bag, and the score was significantly improved also.
