摘要
为了提升乘用车车身后围的防水能力,分别对4种常见的后围结构的进水通道进行了分析,通过对比分析、实车设计和水密试验发现采用后围外板作为密封界面,限制后围里板的下边沿高度,仅与后围外板下段搭接,与后地板保持一定间距的车型,其后围总成拥有较好的防水性能,并能达到较低的密封成本。故此,优良的后围结构设计既能兼顾性能、成本,又能达到较好的防水效果。
In order to enhance the waterproof ability of passenger car body rear apron, respectively, the irrigation channel of the four kinds of common rear apron structure are analyzed, and through comparison and analysis, the real vehicle design and watertight test found that after the rear apron external plate as the sealing interface, to limit the under edge position of rear apron inside plate, with only joint the rear apron external plate lap, and keep a certain distance between rear apron inside plate and rear floor, that rear apron assembly has a good waterproof performance, and can achieve a lower cost of sealing. Therefore,excellent rear apron structure design can give consideration to both performance and cost, and can achieve better waterproof effect.
