零部件清洁度是产品质量控制的重要一环。对于新能源汽车的三电系统,清洁度的要求相较于传统汽车更高。研究三电系统的清洁度检测能够帮助提升三电系统零部件的质量,防止由清洁度问题导致的功能失效,提高客户满意度。文章论述了新能源混动变速箱清洁度检测的规范设定、方案选择以及具体实施步骤,能够帮助工程师对新能源混动变速箱的清洁度检测建立初步认识。
The cleanliness of parts is an important part of product quality control. Especially for the EIC system, the cleanliness requirements are higher than the traditional system. Research on the cleanliness detection of the EIC system can help improve the quality of the EIC system parts, prevent the function failure caused by cleanliness problems, and improve customer satisfaction.The paper discusses the standard setting, technique selection and specific steps of the cleanliness test of hybrid electric drive gearbox, which can help to have a preliminary understanding of the cleanliness test of hybrid electric drive gearbox.
