变形温度对SPHC钢组织的影响及工艺优化

摘要 利用DIL805A/D热膨胀仪对SPHC钢进行了不同温度的多道次模拟变形试验,试验结果表明:变形温度对SPHC钢最终组织形态影响明显,当末道次变形温度为850℃及以上时,SPHC钢可获得均匀的理想组织;当末道次变形温度为830℃及以下时,SPHC钢获得粗晶、混晶甚至变形组织。根据试验研究结果对热轧工艺进行优化,通过减少粗轧及精轧除鳞道次、不投用精轧机架间冷却水的措施将终轧温度提升了10-12℃,使SPHC钢的组织状态得到了良好改善。 The multi-pass simulation deforming test of SPHC at different temperatures was carried out by using DIL805A/D thermal expansion instrument.Results of the test show that the deforming temperature has a significant effect on microstructure of SPHC steel,when the final deforming temperature is 850℃and above,the uniform ideal microstructure can be obtained,when the final deforming temperature is 830℃and below,coarse or mixed and even deforming microstructure can be obtained.According to the test results,the hot rolling process was optimized,reducing the descaling passes of rough rolling and finishing rolling,and the cooling water between finishing mills was not applied,then the final rolling temperature was raised by 10-12℃,the microstructure of SPHC steel has been improved well.
