摘要
鸟巢烷型二萜是大型真菌来源二萜化合物中最大的类群,其化学结构特征是包含5/6/7元环杂合的三环骨架。由于鸟巢烷型二萜具有以刺激神经生长因子合成为代表的多种生物活性,其人工合成和相关药物开发引起了广泛关注。总结近年来报道的来源于黑蛋巢菌属(Cyathus)、猴头菌属(Hericium)和肉齿菌属(Sarcodon)等大型真菌的多种鸟巢烷型二萜的化学结构和生物活性,介绍其化学合成和生物合成方面的研究进展。
Cyathanes with 5/6/7 ring-fused diterpenes are the largest group of diterpenoids from macrofungi.Due to their rich biological activities,especially the nerve growth factor-inducing activity,cyathanes have attracted considerable attentions in terms of drug discovery and compound synthesis.This review compiled research progress on chemical structure and biological activity of cyathanes from Cyathus,Hericium and Sarcodon.Progress on both chemical synthesis and biosynthesis of cyathanes were also reviewed so as to provide a reference for research and development of natural products from macrofungi in the future.
