海底隧道新型顶模模板台车结构设计及应用研究

Structural design and application of a new type of formwork jumbo for top formwork of subsea tunnel

根据某海底隧道工程的施工情况,设计一种新型的模板台车来满足其施工要求。文中重点介绍了台车各部分的结构组成、施工流程、工艺要点和实际应用效果,并对整个结构进行了有限元分析保证其可靠性。综合分析表明,此新型台车结构简单,模块化设计组装快捷,操作方便,施工效果好且可做到轻量化,能为以后的台车设计提供参考。

According to construction situations of subsea tunnel projects in somewhere,a new type of formwork jumbos is designed to meet relevant construction requirements.The structure,construction process,key points of process and practical application effect of each part of the formwork jumbo were introduced in detail,and the whole structure was subject to finite element analysis to ensure its reliability.Analysis results show that the new formwork jumbo has simple structure,modular design for quick assembly,convenient operation,good construction effect and light weight application,which provides a reference for formwork jumbo design in future.
