摘要 以混合锅运输车转向机构为研究对象,分析了运输车的多种转向方式,建立了运输车转向机构优化模型。对相关重要参数进行了公式推导,结合Matlab软件的优化工具箱对转向机构进行点位优化,通过优化转向机构液压缸最大推力减小了31%,提高了转向液压缸的安全性。 Taking the steering mechanism of the mixing kettle as the research object,various steering modes of the transport vehicles were analyzed,and the optimization model of steering mechanism was established.Relevant important parameters were derived by using formulas,and the steering mechanism was optimized through the optimization toolbox of Matlab software.Through optimization,the maximum thrust of the hydraulic cylinder of the steering mechanism is reduced by 31%,and the safety of the steering hydraulic cylinder is improved.
