摘要 随着智能技术的高速发展,集装箱作业场所正高速迈入智能时代,全球集装箱自动化装卸码头正如火如荼地进行升级建设,自动化码头的独特工况对设备提出了更高的要求。岸边集装箱起重机是自动化码头的关键设备之一,而既有型集装箱吊具上架作为其关键执行部件,作业效率直接影响着系统效率,为了提升整体效率,国内外厂家推出过多种产品,均存在着各类问题,单起升全自动可分离上架的研制,旨在解决这些问题,为港口进行设备升级时提供一种优质的解决方案。 With the rapid development of intelligent technology,container workplaces are rapidly entering the intelligent era,and the upgrading and construction of automated container loading and unloading terminals around the world is in full swing.Due to unique working conditions,requirements of automated terminals on equipment are more demanding.The quayside container crane is one of the most critical equipment in the automated terminal,and as its key execution component,the operation efficiency of the existing container spreader directly affects the efficiency of the whole system.In order to improve the overall efficiency,domestic and foreign manufacturers have launched a variety of products,but they all have different problems.The development of single lifting fully automatic separable upper frame aims to solve these problems and provide a high-quality solution for the port when upgrading equipment.
