摘要
移动通信中的小区级业务流量分布对网络运营有重要意义,但对其研究较少。对14个地市小区流量数据分别进行Box-Cox变换,然后通过频次图和Q-Q图来把结果和高斯分布进行比较,并进行残差分析。可以看出,利用Box-Cox变换可以把小区级业务流量分布近似转化成高斯分布,并且变换后的分布各自特征变得非常明显。因而,Box-Cox变换可以做为小区级流量数据的正态化预处理方法,并且变换后和高斯分布的残差也同样对网络结构的分析、评估有着重要意义。
Cell level traffic distribution in mobile communication can be used to judge if a mobile network structure is reasonable,or be the base data of later investments,but there aren’t well studied.Do logarithm transformation and Box-Cox transformation on 14 cities cell level traffic data,compare the results with gaussian distribution in frequency fi gure and Q-Q fi gure,then analysis the residual.As a result,Box-Cox transformation can approximately make traffi c data according with Gaussian distribution.Its performance is much better than logarithm transformation.The distribution of transformation result from normal cities is slightly higher than Gaussian distribution in low traffi c fi eld,middle-high fi eld,and slightly lower in extra-high fi eld.Hence,Box-Cox transformation can be used as Gaussian normalization method,and its residual shows some import facts of network structure and can be used to analysis and evaluate a network.
