绝经后女性性激素水平与缺血性脑卒中相关性的系统评价

Systematic review on correlation of sex hormone levels with ischemic stroke in postmenopausal women

目的研究绝经后女性性激素水平与缺血性脑卒中相关性的系统评价。方法通过万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国知网数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普期刊数据库等,搜索建库至2019年6月的绝经后女性性激素水平与缺血性脑卒中相关性的文献。对所搜索的文献进行Jadad质量评分以评估论文质量,并使用Stata软件对文献数据进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入12篇文献,共有1679例研究对象,其中观察组814例,对照组865例。Meta分析结果显示,绝经后观察组E 2水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性性激素水平的降低可能与缺血性脑卒中的发生具有一定关系。

Objective To systematic evaluation on correlation of sex hormone levels with ischemic stroke in postmenopausal women.Methods Through Wanfang Database,China Journal Fulltext Database,CNKI Database,China Biomedical Literature Database,and CQVIP,literatures until June 2019 related to the correlation between sex hormone level and ischemic stroke in postmenopausal women were collected.Jadad scores were used to evaluate the quality of related literature.Stata software was used to conduct Meta analysis.Results 12 literatures with 1,679 research objects were finally enrolled,of which 814 cases were enrolled in the observation group and 865 cases in the control group.Meta analysis indicated that E 2(estradiol)contents in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The decrease of sex hormone level in postmenopausal women may be related to the occurrence of ischemic stroke.
