中药擦浴及足浴对产妇产后恢复的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine scrubbing bath and foot bath on postpartum recovery of parturient

目的探讨中药擦浴及足浴对产妇产后恢复的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月在广西壮族自治区人民医院行阴道分娩的400例产妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按治疗方式分为观察组(n=200)和对照组(n=200)。观察组采用中药擦浴及足浴护理,对照组采用非中药药浴的清热水浴。比较两组产后宫缩痛持续时间、首次排尿时间、恶露持续时间、泌乳始动时间,产后1d、产后3d的出血量及泌乳量,产后尿潴留、乳房胀痛、产后便秘、产褥感染、子宫复旧不全、产后失眠等并发症发生情况。结果产后1d,两组的出血量及泌乳量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后3d,观察组的出血量显著低于对照组,且泌乳量显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后首次排尿时间、恶露持续时间、宫缩痛持续时间、泌乳始动时间均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后并发症发生率(3.50%)显著低于对照组(13.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药擦浴及足浴对产妇产后恢复具有良好疗效,促进泌乳,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine scrubbing bath and foot bath on postpartum recovery of parturient.Methods Clinical data of 400 women who underwent vaginal delivery in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People′s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group(n=200)and control group(n=200)according to treatment methods.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine scrubbing bath and foot bath,while the control group was treated with non-traditional Chinese medicine bath.The duration of postpartum uterine contraction pain,first urination time,lochia duration,lactation initiation time,postpartum hemorrhage and lactation volume,postpartum urinary retention,breast pain,postpartum constipation,puerperal infection,uterine involution,postpartum insomnia and other complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and lactation between the two groups on the first day after delivery(P>0.05),but the amount of bleeding in the observation group on the third day after delivery was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the amount of lactation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the first urination time,lochia duration,uterine contraction pain duration and lactation initiation time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 3.50%,significantly lower than 13.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine scrubbing bath and foot bath have good curative effect on postpartum recovery of parturient,can promote lactation,and are worth popularizing.
