摘要
早期胚胎的正常发育与着床是成功妊娠的前提与基础。在体外受精-胚胎移植技术(IVF-ET)中,胚胎质量的判断与选择是提高临床妊娠率的关键,而子宫内膜容受性的异常则往往是胚胎植入失败的主要原因。人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源的基因(PTEN gene)是首个被发现的具有双特异性磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因,并且与女性生殖系统疾病的发生、发展有着密切关系。目前,PTEN基因在辅助生殖技术领域已有部分研究,本文就PTEN基因在胚胎发育与着床的最新研究作一综述。
The normal development and implantation of early embryo is the premise and foundation of successful pregnancy.In in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)technique,the judgment and selection of embryo quality is the key to improve the clinical pregnancy rate,and the abnormal endometrial receptivity is often the main reason for the failure of embryo implantation.Phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromsome ten gene(PTEN gene)is the first tumor suppressor gene with bis-specific phosphatase activity,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of female reproductive system diseases.At present,PTEN gene has been studied in the field of assisted reproductive technology.This paper reviews the latest research on PTEN gene in embryo development and implantation.
