会阴三维超声结合血清松弛素水平对女性盆底功能障碍的诊断价值

Value of perineal three-dimensional ultrasonography combined with serum relaxin level in diagnosing female pelvic floor dysfunction

目的分析会阴三维超声结合血清松弛素(RLX)水平对女性盆底功能障碍(FPFD)的诊断价值。方法选取2017年9月至2019年9月重庆市第七人民医院诊治的120例FPFD患者作为试验组,同时选取进行体检的120例健康者作为对照组。对两组子宫后位发生情况、膀胱颈移动度(BND)、Valsalva动作盆膈裂孔面积及RLX水平进行比较。结果试验组子宫后位发生率为71.67%,高于对照组的29.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组BND和Valsalva动作盆膈裂孔面积分别为(29.77±1.27)mm、(25.98±1.09)cm^( 2),明显高于对照组的(15.58±1.63)mm和(13.47±1.24)cm^( 2),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组RLX水平为(403.44±311.21)pg/mL,明显高于对照组的(198.33±209.81)ng/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经会阴三维超声结合RLX水平检测能够从影像层面和激素层面为医师提供有价值的诊断依据,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of perineal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with serum relaxin(RLX)level in diagnosing female pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD).Methods 120 patients with FPFD in Chongqing Seventh People′s Hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 120 healthy subjects undergoing physical examination were selected as the control group.The incidence of posterior uterine position,bladder neck movement(BND),diaphragmatic hiatus area of Valsalva movement basin and RLX level were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postposition of uterus in the experimental group was 71.67%,which was higher than 29.17%in the control group(P<0.05);the area of BND and Valsalva diaphragm hiatus in the experimental group were(29.77±1.27)mm and(25.98±1.09)cm 2,which were significantly higher than(15.58±1.63)mm and(13.47±1.24)cm 2 in the control group(P<0.05);the level of RLX in the experimental group was(403.44±311.21)pg/mL,which was significantly higher than(198.33±209.81)ng/mL in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Perineal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with RLX level detection can provide valuable diagnostic basis for doctors from the image level and hormone level,and has good clinical application value.
