摘要
早泄(PE)是成年男性常见的一种性功能障碍,发病率达29%,不仅影响生活质量,严重者可影响夫妻感情,造成夫妻感情破裂。中医认为心与肾功能失常,会引起早泄问题。主要证型有肾气不固、阴虚火旺、心肾不交,心脾两虚。治疗上宜采用补肾固精、泻火坚阴,补肾涩精、交通心肾、补益心脾等方法,可分别选用金锁固精丸加桑螵蛸、人参,三才封髓丹合二至丸,天王补心丹加减或交济汤及归脾汤加减。
Premature ejaculation(PE)is a common sexual dysfunction in adult males,with an incidence of 29%.It not only affects the quality of life,but also the feelings of husband and wife,resulting in the breakdown of the marital relationship.Traditional Chinese medicine contends that cardiac and renal dysfunction can cause premature ejaculation.The main syndrome types are kidney Qi is not solid,fire hyperactivity due to Yin deficiency,disharmony between heart and kidney,deficiency of heart and spleen.The treatment should adopt tonifying kidney and strengthening essence,purging fire and strengthening Yin,tonifying kidney and astringent essence,communicating heart and kidney,and tonifying the heart and spleen.Jinsuogujing Pill plus cuttlebone and ginseng,Sancaifengsui Dan and Erzhi Pill,Tianwangbuxin Dan or Jiaoji Decoction and Guipi Decoction can be accordingly used,respectively.
