山东省女大学生非意愿性行为现状研究

A cross sectional survey of female college students′unwanted sexual behaviors in Shandong province

目的了解山东省女大学生非意愿性行为的发生现状及造成的健康损害。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,选取山东省5所高校的5608名女大学生作为调查对象。对其非意愿性行为的发生情况和健康损害情况进行匿名调查。结果分别有782人(占14.83%)、274人(占5.20%)和56人(占1.06%)的女大学生在过去1年曾遭受言语性骚扰、身体性骚扰和强迫性行为,且存在易遭受非意愿性行为的脆弱人群。在遭受言语性骚扰、身体性骚扰和强迫性行为后,分别有51.92%、65.69%和75.00%的女大学生身心健康受到了影响。结论非意愿性行为对女大学生身心健康造成严重影响,应在非意愿性行为发生的不同阶段制定综合防范措施。

Objective To investigate understand the status quo of female college students′unwanted sexual behavior and its damage to health in Shandong province.Methods A total of 5,608 female college students from 5 universities in Shandong province were selected by multistage cluster sampling.An anonymous survey was conducted on the occurrence of unwanted sexual behavior and their health damage.Results 782(14.83%),274(5.20%)and 56(1.06%)female college students had respectively suffered verbal sexual harassment,physical sexual harassment and coerced sexual intercourse in the past year,and there were vulnerable groups who were subjected to unwanted sexual behaviors.After experiencing verbal harassment,physical harassment and coerced sexual intercourse,51.92%,65.69%and 75.00%of these female college students′health were affected,respectively.Conclusions Unwanted sexual behavior had a serious impact on the health of female college students,and comprehensive preventive measures should be formulated at different stages of the occurrence of unwanted sexual behaviors.
