清利湿热法治疗男性不育症的思路探讨

男性不育症属于中医学"无子"的范畴。湿邪、热邪均是引起男性不育的主要病因,湿热邪气相互搏结蕴于下焦,可致不育。湿热质是男性不育患者的主要体质类型之一,湿热质在合并有生殖道感染的不育者中最为常见。且男性不育的中医证候十分复杂,表现出以湿热为主、兼夹虚实等症的特征,本病以肾虚为本,湿热瘀毒为标,围绕湿热、肾虚、瘀毒治疗,应用清、利之法,以清利湿热为主,同时可适当辅以补肾填精之药,灵活配合补虚、活血等法。临床运用清利湿热法治疗男性不育症的疗效显著。

Male infertility belongs to the category of"childless"in traditional Chinese medicine.Dampness and heat are the main causes of male infertility.Damp and heat evil gas fight each other,gather in the lower energizer,leading to male sterility.Dampness-heat corporeity is one of the main corporeity types of male infertility pa-tients,which is the most common in infertility patients with reproductive tract infections.In addition,the TCM symptoms of male infertility are complicated,showing the characteristics of dampness and heat evil influences as the primary,accompanied by deficiency syndrome and excessive syndrome.Kidney deficiency is the fundamental cause of this disease,damp-heat evil influence or stasis toxin are ostensible.Therefore,the treatment should focus on dampness and heat evil influences,kidney deficiency and stasis toxin,dispelling pathogenic factors of dampness and heat primarily,companying with the medicine of tonifying kidney and nourishing essence,and the methods of tonify-ing deficiency and activating blood circulation.It has been confirmed that treating male infertility with dispelling pathogenic factors of dampness and heat has significant clinical efficacy.
