针灸治疗早泄穴位使用规律

Law of acupoints during acupuncture in treating premature ejaculation

目的通过分析历史文献中针灸疗法治疗早泄的常用穴位分析其使用规律情况。方法数据检索1989—2019年采用针灸疗法治疗早泄的相关学术文献作为研究对象。采用方法Excel对相关文献中所收录出现的穴位进行频次、经络归属、部位的统计分析整理,应用IBM SPSS Modeler 18对文献中的穴位进行互相关联性的规则统计分析。结果纳入相关文献72篇,涉及所用穴位73个,共累计使用923次,所用腧穴使用次数最多的穴位前3位分别依次是关元(96次)、三阴交(80次)、肾俞(75次);主要穴位与十四经脉之间互相关联最密切的分别是足太阳膀胱经(242次)、任脉(219次)、足太阴脾经(102次);所应用的穴位穴位的分布主要在下肢、下腹部、腰骶部;其中提升度最高的配对穴是关元-气海穴,支持度最高的配穴是三阴交-关元穴。结论文献统计中,治疗早泄的关键穴位是关元,使用频次最多的十四经脉中所对应的是足太阳膀胱经,取穴的主要应用部位和分布集中在人体下肢、腰骶部;实际主要应用穴位中最普遍且具有重要治疗意义的核心配穴是关元-气海,治疗重在通过针灸等刺激补益肝、肾、脾功以及调和阴阳。

Objective By analyzing the common acupoints of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of pre-mature ejaculation in historical documents,the application rules of acupuncture therapy were analyzed.Methods Data retrieval of academic literature related to the treatment of premature ejaculation with acupuncture from 1989 to 2019 was conducted as the research object.Excel was used to conduct statistical analysis and sorting of the frequen-cy,meridian attribution and location of the acupoints included in the relevant literature,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18 was used to statistically analyze the rule of mutual correlation of the acupoints in the literature.Results 72 relevant literatures were included,involving 73 acupoints,and a total of 923 times were used.The top three acupoints most-ly used were Guanyuan(96 times),Sanyinjiao(80 times)and Shenshu(75 times)respectively.The main acu-points are most closely related to the fourteen meridians:the bladder meridian of foot sun(242 times),the ren me-ridian(219 times),and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin(102 times).The distribution of the applied acupoints was mainly in the lower extremities,lower abdomen and lumbosacral region.Among them,the matching point with the highest degree of promotion is Guanyuan-Qihai point,and the matching point with the highest degree of support is Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan point.Conclusions According to literature statistics,the key point for the treatment of premature ejaculation is Guanyuan.The 14 most frequently used meridians correspond to the foot and sun bladder meridians.The main application points and distribution of acupuncture points are concentrated in the human lower limbs and lumbosacral region.In practice,the most commonly used acupuncture point is Guanyuan-Qihai.The treatment focuses on stimulating the liver,kidney,spleen,and yin and yang by acupuncture.
