血必净联合舒普深治疗老年严重肺部感染的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Xuebijing Combined with Sulperazon on Severe Pulmonary Infection in Older Patients

目的探讨血必净联合舒普深治疗老年严重肺部感染的临床效果和药物安全性。方法回顾性分析广西柳州市工人医院收治的82例老年严重肺部感染患者的临床资料,依据患者治疗方案不同分为单一组40例(采用舒普深治疗)和联合组42例(采用血必净联合舒普深治疗)。比较治疗前后两组炎性因子水平、免疫功能指标、临床疗效和药物安全性。结果治疗前两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前明显升高,CD8^(+)、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α明显降低,且联合组各项指标变化幅度明显大于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组临床总有效率明显高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血必净联合舒普深治疗老年严重肺部感染患者,可明显提高临床疗效、减轻机体炎症反应并提高患者免疫功能,药物安全性好,有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and drug safety of xuebijing combined with sulperazon in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection in older patients.Methods The clinical data of 82 older patients with severe pulmonary infection who were admitted to Guangxi Liuzhou Workers Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment regimens,the patients were divided into the single group(treated with sulperazon,40 cases)and the combined group(treated with xuebijing plus sulperazon,42 cases).The inflammatory factors,immune function,clinical effect and drug safety were investigated in two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IL-6,IL-10 or TNF-αbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly increased,the levels of CD8^(+),IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αwere significantly decreased in both groups,and the changes of the indexes in the combined group were significantly greater than those in the single group(P<0.05).The overall response rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing combined with sulperazon might significantly increase the clinical efficacy,reduce inflammatory response and improve the immune function with good drug safety in the treatment of older patients with severe pulmonary infection.
