摘要
以板式定制家具规模化生产为主线,通过分析板式定制家具典型生产工艺,总结柔性制造的关键设备包括仓储设备、数控裁板锯、封边设备、钻孔设备、分拣设备、自动包装设备等,提出板式定制家具典型柔性生产线设备配置方案,为企业建立生产线提供参考。
The current project analyzes the distinctive flexible manufacturing process of the mass production line for the customized panel furniture.The key equipment of flexible manufacturing including the storage equipment,the CNC cut-to-size saw,the edge banding machine,the drilling machine,the sorting machine,the automatic packaging machine,etc.were summarized.The equipment configuration of flexible production line for customized panel furniture is proposed to provide a reference for customized panel furniture manufacturers.
